Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the StackNest websites operated by SMCS AI Factory — farm.stacknest.tech, and stacknest.tech when it serves this product. They are written to be read rather than to be impressive; where a clause could be shorter, it is.

Using the site means accepting them. If a clause does not work for you the remedy is simple: stop using the tools — and write to us if you think the clause itself is wrong.

StackNest publishes free utilities that run in your browser: battery and hardware readings, connection type, latency and speed estimates, VPN and DNS leak checks, Brazilian document generators and validators, text utilities and a few calculators. There is no account, no paywall and no installation.

Tools are provided as they are at the moment you use them. We add, change and retire tools without prior notice, and the changelog records what changed and when.

Every number here comes from a browser probe with known limits. Latency is measured over HTTP and is normally higher than your in-game ping; speed figures use light payloads and read low on fast links; hardware values are whatever the browser chooses to expose, often blurred on purpose. Results move with your network, device, browser and the moment you ran them.

Do not use these results as proof. They are not a laboratory measurement, an expert report, or evidence for a dispute with a provider, an employer or a court. When a decision depends on the number, take it from an instrument built for that purpose. How we measure →

Use them for yourself, at work, in class, in a video, in a support ticket — no permission needed and no attribution required. What we ask you not to do:

• Automate requests at a volume that degrades the service for other people, or resell access to the tools as though they were your own infrastructure.
• Probe, bypass or interfere with the security of this site or of the third-party services the tools rely on.
• Copy the written content wholesale to republish as your own. Quoting a passage with a link back is welcome.
• Use any output to break the law, or to harm, impersonate or defraud someone.

The CPF, CNPJ and personal-data generators produce values that satisfy the check-digit algorithm and nothing more. They do not correspond to a real person or company and are not drawn from any database. They exist so developers and testers can fill forms without touching real data.

Using a generated document to impersonate someone, open an account, sign up for a service or obtain any advantage is a crime under Brazilian law, and the responsibility is yours alone. The same holds for the validators: confirming that a number is mathematically valid says nothing about whether it belongs to anybody.

The text, layout and code of this site are ours. You may quote and link freely; wholesale republication is what the previous section rules out.

Game, brand and product names — League of Legends, Valorant, Counter-Strike, Fortnite, Steam, Cloudflare and others — belong to their owners and appear here descriptively, to say which service a probe targets. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

The site is funded by advertising and by affiliate links. Affiliate links are labelled as such, and if you buy through one we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. A partner never changes what a tool measures: the result is the same whether or not a partner exists for that problem.

We are not responsible for what a partner sells, charges or promises — that contract is between you and them. How ads and outbound clicks are handled is described in the privacy policy →

This is a small operation. The site may be down for maintenance, a tool may break because a third-party endpoint changed, and a probe may be blocked by a firewall, an extension or a captive portal. None of that entitles you to compensation, and all of it is a good reason to write to us.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the tools — including decisions taken on the basis of an estimate, time spent on a result that turned out to be wrong, or anything that happens on a third party's site you reached from here.

Nothing here removes rights you hold as a consumer. Where Brazilian consumer law grants you a right, that right prevails over these terms.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and consumer disputes may be brought in the consumer's own jurisdiction, as Brazilian consumer law provides.
