Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens when you use StackNest websites, including farm.stacknest.tech and stacknest.tech when they serve this product.
Who we are
StackNest operates farm.stacknest.tech. For privacy questions, contact us at contact@stacknest.tech.
What our tools do in your browser
Most tools read browser or device APIs only on your device (for example Battery Status, Network Information, hardwareConcurrency, deviceMemory, WebRTC candidates for leak tests). That data is used to show you a result on the page. We design tools so core diagnostics do not require uploading your battery level or hardware profile to “compute” the answer on our servers.
Information we may process on servers
Like any website, our servers and reverse proxy automatically receive technical request data (IP address, user-agent, URL, timestamps) in access logs for security and reliability. If you use affiliate outbound links (/api/out/…), we may record a minimal click event (partner id, timestamp, coarse context) to measure campaigns. We do not sell personal profiles built from tool panel results.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense (and may use similar networks). Google and partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads, including personalized ads where allowed by law and your choices. Google provides tools to manage ad personalization (for example adssettings.google.com). In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we use a Google-certified consent message (CMP) so you can accept or manage options before personalized ads where required.
Affiliate links
Some pages show product recommendations (VPN, lag tools, accessories, etc.). If you click through, the partner may set cookies and know you came from our site. We may earn a commission. Affiliate tracking does not change the tool’s technical measurement.
Analytics and errors
We may use privacy-oriented analytics (for example page views) and error monitoring to keep the site working. When enabled, those services process technical data under their own policies. We aim to minimize personal data and avoid invasive tracking beyond what is needed for ads, security, and product improvement.
Cookies
We use cookies or local storage for essentials such as language preference and theme. Advertising and analytics partners may set additional cookies subject to your consent settings where applicable.
Data retention
Server logs and click metrics are kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, and basic monetization reporting, then deleted or aggregated. We do not run a consumer account database for the free tools.
Your choices
You can use browser settings to block cookies, use tracking protection, or disable certain APIs. You can refuse non-essential consent in the CMP where shown. You may contact us to ask questions about this policy.
Children
The site is general-purpose utility content. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country). Do not submit personal data of children to us.
International visitors
Content is available in English and Portuguese. Infrastructure may process data in the country where our host or providers operate. Consent and ad rules vary by region (especially EEA/UK/CH).
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy for future visits.
